Might it help to make short term goals now and work towards them so you aren't feeling overwhelmed with any long term stuff at the moment? Starting out small and manageable may be the way to go. Once you have your footing and some success at reaching your short term goals, then you can begin working on longer term goals. A lot of times we have to learn what we are capable of in the short term so we can apply it to the longer term Step by step to help build our confidence in ourselves!
