I've had 955 calories so far today. A couple of my cousins who were really obese for years are now on Ozempic and have lost a lot of weight and they look good. It makes me want to better my own situation. Even though I know no one won't judge me and the other one nobody likes and probably judges everybody.

The weird thing is, my jeans are too baggy and I look like I've lost a lot of weight. So maybe I was really bloated. I haven't thrown up since yesterday morning.
