Zzquill is the same stuff that is in benadryl and benadryl can make some people (me) go up. I was given several doses of it in the hospital once to calm me down and then had a miserable time waiting for it to leave my system. It was so bad I was put on 1:1 for a shift and the unit I go to rarely does 1:1s. They kept trying to find things I could do besides pace around. I think I took like 4 showers just to have something different to do that would calm me down for a little bit. No more of that stuff for me.
