Oh my! This is such a terrible situation for anyone to be in. Especially someone that has four children they must also worry about.

My heart goes out to your friend and her family. I pray God would put a hedge of protection around this family and their home, forever keeping them safe and secure. I also pray that this female neighbor somehow would get the help it seems she so desperately needs.
