My depression is at an all time low I don’t feel like myself anymore. I have no interest in anything at all. I can’t even keep an interest in a TV series. Right now I think I am watching like 4-6 different shows I start out watching a series and I get a couple of seasons in then I lose interest and I start another show. I just can’t find any pleasure in anything I really want to curl up in bed and never get up not to eat or anything. I just want to give up I don’t feel like I deserve to live.
