Mornings can be horrible, absolute dread.. tired and zombie-brain unable to get things done. I’ve been (I know I‘m no exception many have this morning lows) Dealing with these Morning apocalyptic situations internally. I don’t eat foods after 7, No sugars, try to do yoga, do fitness (No not showing off.. I‘m just tired of feeling this way that’s why) Yet nothing seems to work.
The whole „cortisol“ thing I’ve been trying hard to get under control.,
