It started out with another co worker complaining and he got the ball rolling, because they like him better. I was asked to join putting together a memo, that would go to a manager. I did that. Then the original co worker left and went on to another position so now I seem to have inherited the fight. When, really, it isn't even my fight.
Several people have left. This is why we are having meetings in the first place. So many people have left due to work load.
