@jesyka, I think being nervous whenever one changes employment is natural for anyone. I was a supervisor for a long time and an officer in the Army, so I have some knowledge of dealing with and managing others. For all of the things you say you have difficulty with, there are spots for all of us. I am betting you are fantastic at some things as well. A good supervisor will recognize them and encourage those in you. I wish you the best of luck, and I bet you will do fantastic in this new endeavor.
