@16PennyNail that is one of the drawbacks in a house, things break. Some people solve that by going to an apartment, but then things break and you are waiting for the landlord to fix it.
Sounds like you have a really good friend. Maybe rather than be angry that things breakdown, you might be grateful that you have some really good people in your life.
Our attitude is usually the determining factor whether we are happy or miserable. To use the old saw, at least the glass is half full, and not half empty. It all depends on how you look at it.
