I saw this in one of my books and wanted to share it here. It is very simple, yet so very helpful to me. It is from, "When I'm in His presence", by Anita Corrine Donihue.
S-T-O-P
At times we feel we have a corner on all our off days, mixed emotions, and concerns in our lives. The wonderful part is how much God understands how we feel. After all, He made us.
He knows us through and through. He cares about every area of our lives and is willing to help and guide when we ask.
Our lives arent too minute for Him to care, because He loves us more than anyone in this world can possily love. He's all-knowing, just, and understanding. He sees what is best for us even when we don't recognize the answers ourselves.
The next time an off day hits, remember to S-T-O-P:
S- Stop and pray
T- Tell Him how you feel, then listen to Him.
O- open your heart to His presence.
P- Praise Him for His help and understanding.
When we ask and believe that He will provide, what we have asked will be shown and/or be opened to us.
