I very rarely eat it. I guess it helps that McDonald's is the main fast food franchise in my town, so it's always full with a huge line of cars at the drive through as well. My husband and I went once because there was no line for some reason. He's convinced it must be the McDonald's that does more business than any other in the country.

When I was closer to one that didn't have huge lines, I'd go a few times a year as a guilty pleasure.
