Exercise seems to be a good one... Its helped with me, because it gets rid of stress, you are using your enrgy into something rewarding (so its a bonus aswell), using your strength, and soon enough you are too tired that you need to relax...
Id advise other things that I do, but I usually HAVE to get my anger out! Exercise, sleeping and listening to chilled out music are probably the only ones I can suggest
