I think it helped me fall asleep--I may have taken it a bit too early, as I got sleepy and fell asleep earlier than normal (like 9:15). I slept longer than usual. But I was still awake a few times during the night, and, according to my Garmin, I didn't get enough deep or REM sleep (I usually do well with deep, but lower in REM, even though Fitbit used to think I did well there).
So I need to experiment more with it. A sample size of 1 isn't that helpful.
