Sorry they're cutting your hours, yet have hired more people and have also cut other people's hours. It sounds like they don't want full-time employees, so that they do not have to pay benefits.

Also, it's not right that they did fix the AC for 4 years now.

I'd send out resume's elsewhere to hedge your bets.
