Or is that just a myth? These last 4 years I've dealt with a lot with my transition, and 3 surgeries and post op depression, and leaving my transference T which did a serious number on my mental health for almost 3 years, then going through a few therapists until I found my current one who is great. There was also the war in Ukraine and when it started in 2022 my pdoc told me it might be the end of the world and that got me very upset for awhile.

I know also my diet just wasn't that great either and I was drinking a lot of soda and coffee and eating canned tomatoes and stuff. But I'm working on it.
