. Yes it was a lot of steps, and probably too many because my hip was achy next day and I was tired, the weather was so nice though I was greedy to be outdoors, I also forgot I’m not as fit as I used to be!
I did 4 runs this week too instead of 3 because of the group session so that may have added to soreness and tiredness. Got the last run of week 4 in this morning and felt tired on that last 5 minutes run, but it’s in the bag and happy with that.
That’s so cool Blueberrybook you’ve got access to the outdoor weight equipment! Sounds like it could be good fun as well as toning and muscle building.
