I really do know how you feel. I've been there myself, sometimes the idea of everything you have to do is so overwhelming you just want to pull your covers over your head and let the world go by. But just take everything one step at a time.

It really is possible to adjust to a work environment. You will get a comfort zone there too. It won't be immediate, I won't lie, but one day you'll wake up to go to work and the pit in your stomach won't be so large. If you're very lucky, you'll meet some interesting fun people there that you look forward to seeing.
