</div></font></blockquote><font class="post">I think this is a great idea. Then you know what you are in for and can be mentally prepared. No surprises is a good thing. I also think having a "pre-course massage" with a massage therapist is a great idea. Then you can test privately if you can handle this, without risking a public meltdown in the course. The solo massage will either give you confidence that yes, you can do this, or no, you are not ready. Great coping ideas, chaotic.
