Sometimes it takes a few days to feel normal after anesthesia. It could affect your mood. But it’s been long enough now for it to be out of your system. I think like your therapist said you’ve been sick for so long with no end in sight so that’s likely why. Colonoscopy itself isn’t known to affect moods.
