OMG, a 20 min. run?! I am doing a knockoff couch to 10K called 10K runner, which starts pretty much like couch to 5 K. I am on week 3, just finished day 1 week 3. There were 2 2.5 min. runs, 2 1.5 min. runs and near the end of the 2nd 2.5 min run, I thought I was dying! If this keeps up, I will have to repeat week 3 I think!
