Also pisses me off how fast the battery drains on my phone, even when idle, on low power and without apps refreshing in the background. And even when NEW it was like that.

Thank you for your reply. I agree with what you said. The problem I have is, not only the product suddenly didn't work well, but the company tells me that they will send a replacement and haven't done it yet. There's nothing I hate more than when a promise is made and no follow-through. By the way, I just called the company again and same thing. I was told that shipping is way behind in filling orders. That company was not like that before.
