Well done Una for starting to exercise. Not to put a downer on your progress, but you should listen to your body. Not feeling well after exercise is a sign you might be doing too much too soon. Stay hydrated. Try the sports drinks. Have days off to rest. Build up slowly so you can maintain consistency.
