I'm going to be talking about food so I'll put a trigger on this.
Possible trigger:
I'm trying to lose weight by using the lose it app. I keep going over my calories. I'm really frustrated with myself. And I got my blood work results and my a1c is almost pre-diabetic. I eat way too much sugar. So I have to completely overhaul my eating habits. Unbelievable ly I'm not crazily craving sugar. I have some chobani Greek yogurt zero sugar, but I had to add 2 Splenda to it. I'm trying. I think that counts, lol.
