I took a walk/jog this morning though I was pretty tired probably due to a long day out yesterday & the start of my period. My shower felt lovely since I didn't shower yesterday and then I was out in the heat & humidity this morning.

My mood is good, and I slept 8 hr. again. I'm pretty stable today Going to get gas & run by the pharmacy. Ugh, I get SOO tired of going to the pharmacy. It is a very busy pharmacy, but I go so often, even the head pharmacist knows my name. I have a lot of medications that are not on the same fill schedule for my pharmacy insurance. And of course, the insurance won't pay for anything ahead of their schedule of 30, 60, 90 days depending on how the pdoc puts in my prescriptions. Some he gives my 90 days, others only 30 days.

Later, I'm going to the library with my daughter. I'm not really wanting to go out, I tend to want to isolate a lot and not have to interact with other people even on a cursory level.
