I was having trouble going back to work after taking a whole school program to retrain. My resilience was ****. To be blunt. I would work one or two days and then be literally beat. Long way around I didn't want it to be depression which was supposed to be gone btw. DENIAL likes to hang out with me alot..

Next Sat I am trying the first of 4 rounds of ketamine treatment. All monitored and valid. It' is what my NP recommended. That or Abilify. Which I have taken twice and it never worked..
