I got mad at my mom for no good reason and she said "back in my days we didn't have internet." And I said "back in your days Grandma made your clothes." Which is a kinda funny argument now. But its just been little stuff like that all day thats been going on.

I emailed my therapist. I'm not sure what she can do though. I just feel crappy and itchy and my joints are hurting now.
