If you don't mind my asking, how old are you?

I did week 6 day 1 today which was a 5 min. warmup walk, 10 min run, 5 min walk, 10 min run, 5 min. cooldown walk. The program def. gives you a good workout, 35 min. total and 20 min. of that running (well, jogging in my case). I walked home and had to go the long route b/c of construction on my road, so I went a total of 4.5 miles today.

I got a message today on 10K runner that my next run is going to be optimized for me to 2 10 min runs with a 3 min walk between instead of the 2 12 min. runs the program initially had. It's good that it optimizes for me b/c that 2nd 10 min. run today was a struggle for me!
