This is a whiny, complaining post.

All through the pandemic I was soooo careful about keeping myself safe from Covid, even though I got exposed at work. I got the initial vaccine and all the boosters. Have continued to wear a mask in crowded places in public.

Well, I got the $;*_$@@ virus anyway!!!

I was just feeling "off" last week no specific symptoms, just didn't feel right. Friday I got up feeling like absolute poo. Took a Covid test to prove to myself it was just allergies. SURPRISE! I tested positive.

I am so PO'D. I thought I did everything right to protect myself. Obviously I missed something.

On a positive note, so far it's not to bad. Given other health/immune system issues I have I've been afraid Covid would land me in the hospital. So far it's like a really bad case of the flu.
