I did my optimized extra 6 week run on 10K runner today which was a 10 min. run, 3 min walk, 10 min. run and of course 5 min. warmup and cooldown. Still was a struggle for the 2nd 10 min. run, but I did accomplish it My next long run is 12 min., hopefully I can do it considering I have actually managed to jog a mile recently. With the walk home, I covered 4.4 miles today.
