I take a "Nature's Bounty" brand for Melatonin @Blueberrybook - but it kind of has like a bland taste too. I kind of just swallow it with water. They make Melatonin gummies that taste better, I used to get them, but these bland ones are much cheaper.
Feeling a bit of anxiety this morning because my sleep was all messed up last night - it's getting to be a hit or miss sometimes with my CPAP - some nights it feels like it is just pushing out way too much air. I need to go back and have my neurologist check it, but her office never answers the phone or email, ugh.
Going to just concentrate on work the next two days and get buried in it. I have to pay for my dad's laptop I bought for his birthday and my eyeglasses and sunglasses prescription the end of this month - I wanted to put some money away, but I just have way too many expenses - that seems to be happening every month though.
