For breakfast I had half a lime Pepsi, 20oz of pumpkin spice cold brew with some whipped cream, and an Oikos triple zero vanilla Greek yogurt
Lunch was a lemon tart Oikos yogurt, and a bag of Green Giant veggie stir fry
I'm at 880 calories, 115 carbs, and 45 grams of protein. My sodium is a lot better then yesterday. I'm on my second bottle of water
I'm trying to get up the energy to walk on my treadmill. I dragged it out from under my bed.
I did 15 minutes on the treadmill while watching TV then I threw up lunch. I guess thats one way.
