I slept badly so I took my meds late and didn't fall back asleep. Which can often be kinda bad. I've had 1,180 calories, 162 carbs, and 59 grams of protein. My sodium is fine at 1,670mg. Idk if I'll use my treadmill today or just count on CICO. I did a lot of chores this morning and I'm tired as **** from lack of sleep and meds.
I might have some Lucky Charms for dinner
