I finished week 6 day 3 on 10K runner today. This time it was the 5 minute warmup & cooldown with a 15 min. long run, 3 min. walk, and 5 min. run. I can't believe it but I made the 15 min. run and so ran just over a mile at my slow jogging speed. My next long run is 18 min., not sure how I'll manage that, we'll see.
I probably get overheated every morning out there with the heat & humidity, but I felt it much more than normal today. I can't wait for cooler weather!
