This is another thing I hate about hot weather. Insects seem to like it and are around, more active. And I’m susceptible to bites and they always find me. I’m not sure if insect repellent works well and I can have bad reactions to bites: Swelling, blisters, pain, etc. So yes they aren’t around in winter and I like that. Unfortunately climate change is affecting them too and a warning environment attracts more bugs.
