It's great to have so many sections dedicated to various categories on this forum. Yet, there still isn't an official recognition for journals.

My feedback is to create a dedicated section for journals and allow expressivity of members in their own journals (i.e. personal political views, stories, day to day developments etc.) AS LONG AS it respects trigger rules and remains polite etc.

I think this will be a great addition to these forums and will let people find community better for their day to day (and not only) needs by connecting with one another. Note that it is NOT a replacement for chat and neither is the chat a fill in for journals. Journals are in their own category due to their structure and has their own merits (+ allows a log like structure to be followed with history by users).
