Think about each incident of anger or angry action afterwards.

Examine the incident like a curious scientist, without judging yourself.

Ask yourself:

1. What was the last moment at which I could have avoided the anger or the angry action?

2. What could I have done differently at that moment?

Over time, this practice can help you figure out better ways to deal with your specific, anger-provoking situations.
