Going to write about food and specs, so those who are sensitive need not read:
Possible trigger:
I made a protein shake! I don't cook, so i've been drinking a brand of pre-mixed protein shakes. But i looked into it and they are not healthy as they have high amounts of artificial sweeteners that are suspicious. Also, they're expensive.
I've made protein shakes before, years ago, so i already had the protein powder, hand-mixer, and giant mixing cup. I ordered the rest of the ingredients (salad greens, blueberries, and almond milk) last time i ordered groceries but i thought there was zero chance i'd get using them.
And here i did it! It was about 30 grams of protein for 200 calories. It didn't taste super, but decent. I did the dishes with ease.
I'm so proud of myself! An adventure!
