Speaking of sleep I’m struggling too. I’m not sure what the problem is but I’m having trouble falling asleep and waking much too soon. Some of it is my curtains waving in the wind. It’s cool enough now to have the windows open 24/7. I much prefer that to having the AC on, it’s so noisy. But because the wind flashes the sun into the room. This morning that woke me at 6 am. I put on a sleep mask and was able to get a bit more broken sleep. My cousin and I had houses in developments next to each other. Hers was large and impressive, with a horse barn built into the condo. But she was living elsewhere because her husband was abusive.. weird dream. I’m never met her husband. When they lived on the east coast he would never travel. I I was mostly in no shape to go there. So when she comes home I see her and her daughter. Funny too because she was never into horses. Dreams are weird.
