I haven't gotten sick today for once. I haven't had any coffee. Just some soda which doesn't seem to be the issue. I did have some nausea but it was controlled. I'm lacking a lot of energy lately and I'm not sure if I need to push myself more or maybe I do need to legit talk to my pdoc about possible depression. I'm mainly just lacking energy and tired all the time. I don't feel like hopeless and stuff and my anxiety has improved. I'm eating and sleeping pretty normally.
