I'm really pleased because i emailed our condo Board president about the chirping noise coming from the opposite tower and he and the building staff are right on top of it. He and the junior superintendent both talked to me about it separately. The superintendent of the building opposite thinks it's a dying smoke detector someone tossed out on the balcony. They're going to inspect tomorrow.

So that's nice, that they're taking the matter seriously. Hopefully i can get back to my regular routine with my dog soon.
