if she thinks i need IP whyw ont she just help me? she decreased my antidepressant and now im depressed bc i was manic and she thinks it was the anti d i took for years without mania.

ve beeen strugglign all year. it wont stop. im getting fed up. all she said was to decrease my anti d and come back in a month. im not sleeping well and im out of zyprexa bc she doesn want m e on it.

i just dotn know how to get back to a good place
