It's so easy. I just wisk an egg, put a T of pumpkin puree in, then add a little salt, cinnamon & nutmeg & then soak my slices of bread in it then fry. I like it better than the pancakes but both are good. I get amazing maple syrup from Vermont for over it. Great way to start the day
