I am having a lot of issues with the competitiveness aspect of EDs even after being recovered for a long time I know my weight is normal but sometimes I'll hear or read or see something about someone losing weight and feel like, "OMG, I NEED to start losing weight, I'm so fat, I'm so lazy, I'm eating too much" and WTH, I KNOW I don't need to lose weight/diet/exercise more than so-and-so but there it is.
