If your baseline is pretty reactive (like, say, you also have BPD, ADHD, and PTSD...), what should you look out for when you see looking back you were more out of control than usual during mania, but remember at the time you felt perfectly normal, or admitted that you weren't super into thinking about consequences but that's "just you"?
I don't know. I don't have a consistent baseline to refer to. Too many variables, too little information, a lot of inaccuracies...
