I think it depends on the age? I’d have hard time stating that a therapist violated HIPPA if a 2 year old walked in. Technically sure it’s a violation. Realistically it’s funny. My grandson is 2. I think he’s a genius of course and is smart enough to make whatever he saw on the screen public (jk) but the whole thing is funny. 🤣🤣🤣
