More wickedness...
Some guy was charging people $500 to drain their swimming pools after they got flooded with saltwater. Next day the pool pops out of the ground.
Then there's the scum going into houses and striping what metal they can find (like sinks) to sell for scrap.
Then there's the gentleman who spread his belongings out in his yard to dry. People would come in his yard and take things.
