Does your care team (pdoc, GP, therapist, vocational rehab) work with you on gaining life skills and some basic independence? Don’t need to be a good cook, I myself barely cook, I am just not good. But some basic meal prep, maybe they can help you to obtain basic utensils, do some food planning. No degrees or jobs can fix that. You need some basic skills. You don’t need to use a knife. Spatula, spoon etc Can you drink smoothie?

Do you have severe mobility issue not able to get into a tub? What does your GP say? Can they come up with something? Do you have a GP
