Usually my review is every 7 years. I just had a review 20 months ago because I moved states. They're currently reviewing my stuff to add my husband. I have not been asked for any information other than what they have. My therapist notes and pdoc notes say I'm in training. But they also say I'm psychotic, having trouble with daily living skills and not sleeping while doing a med change.
