I can't cut the potato or dress it up. I can do frozen vegetables. Maybe they have pre cut potatoes as frozen vegetables. The problem is we only get so much on EBT and it's not enough for my needs. With the SDit we would have gotten more EBT and more housing assistance but I don't have the SDit anymore.
