Weren't you having psychotic thoughts while taking care of a toddler less than a month ago? Unless I'm mistaken & that was someone else? I'd say no, you are NOT in a stable place yet & it's crazy to start down a road that can disrupt and/or lose you benefits and stress you out. I'd say your care team is absolutely correct in their assumptions that you need to relax right now, get in a good, stable place mentally before starting down a stressful, life-altering path and making these decisions.
